In a world full of distractions, connecting to our home frequency is the compass we’ve all been searching for. We are energetic beings, and accessing our home frequency is the key to navigating this life and remembering who we are.

Sound, mantras and frequency connect us with something bigger than ourselves, but at the same time bring us back to ourselves. It’s a portal that can take us to a place where we can experience what our home frequency feels like. We begin to vibrate at the frequency of unconditional love, which is the frequency that is uniquely you, but also us.

It also adds protection. In a way, it’s our Jedi training. When you are at home within yourself, life can throw all kinds of distractions your way. When you can feel your home frequency, you will also feel when things are not in alignment, and that is true knowledge.

Each and every one of us has this power within, but the work is internal. We’ve been told for centuries that the work is out there, but the work is and has always been internal. There is a bigger story that we haven’t had access to, and once we go within and tune into our home frequency, we connect with harmony and love. A new library of knowledge opens up to us, and we move beyond the boundaries of what we know as self.

The word harmony is so beautiful, because it’s so often used in music and sound. Harmony within you, and harmony within everything that is alive. When we raise our consciousness, we start to interact with that which is in harmony with ourselves. You know what energy you are in harmony with. When you access your own home frequency, you start to operate in that harmonious field at all times. It’s as if the whole orchestra of life suddenly opens up, and the way you play your instrument - your life - is in perfect harmony with the whole symphony.

we've known each other for many years, we became mothers at the same time, went through that process together and then we both come from hollywood background entertainment business background and experienced another journey parallell and we'v estayed connected because of that, not because of our nentertainment background because we connected as people and mothers and the spiritual journey that we're both. i'm just in awe of how you are able to do so many things that you opened up this studio and that you're raising children and you've such a beautiful style and create such beautiful environments aorund you to everyone to enjoy and benefit from and you're so present when i'm talking to you i feel so seen and heard and loved and i think that's a huge gift. your presence is that you're very prsent. and beautiful.

our conesiconsness, it's the intention that we come together with when we come together as friends and anything we do. it's becoming more and more important.
